Getting Voice Over Work Through Social Networking

I was wondering if this software works with social working, facebook, twitter, etc. My mother fell in March and broke her neck leaving her paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator. She is currently in a nursing home. She is still very mentally capable. She has been pretty much isolated due to infections and I am searching for something that will allow her to somewhat interact. I feel that if she were able to still connect with her fb friends it would help her tremendously.
